So, I tried doing a blog once, it didn't really work out. However, I've been trying to get advice and try to figure out how to survive and navigate my first year of law school, and while there has been some great advice that I have gotten, I still wish that there was a guide of some sort to look at (that wasn't one of those silly books you pick up at Borders). I know I'm lucky that I know a lot of people who either just graduated, or are in law school now, so they can help me out, but I know other people aren't quite so lucky.
A little information about me might be helpful, I am going to be starting at the beautiful University of Miami in just under a month. I did my undergraduate work at University of Vermont, so if the switch between climates isn't bad enough, I also have the task of adjusting to studying the proper way for law school too (is there a proper way? I guess we will all find that out soon!).
So, I am going to attempt to document my struggle to survive, and share it with the world. I hope it is enjoyable, and insightful.
